East Coast Greenway (Pennsylvania) - the East Coast Greenway uses Spring Garden Street to cross the city from the Delaware River to the Schuylkill River. The East Coast Greenway is a 3,000 mile multi-purpose trail cover the entire east coast that cuts through Philadelphia and other parts of Pennsylvania. The FreeWalkers are a fiscal partner of the East Coast Greenway.
The Circuit - The Circuit is 250+ miles of walking and biking trail in the Greater Philadelphia Region. When complete, The Circuit will be 750 miles of bicycle and pedestrian trail connecting the region to communities, jobs, and parks.
The Schuylkill River Trail - in Philadelphia is approximately 10 miles in length, providing recreational space in the center of this beautiful and historic city. Schuylkill Banks, located between the Fairmount Water Works and Locust Street, is a linear park that hosts a variety of entertainment and recreational events throughout the year.
Rails-to-Trails Conservancy - a national nonprofit organization whose mission is to create a nationwide network of trails from former rail lines and connecting corridors to build healthier places for healthier people.
